To use CarStory Inventory Intelligence mobile apps, you'll need to signup and receive credentials from CarStory Support:

After you've signed up, please allow 24-48 hours for inventory onboarding.
Once we've completed inventory onboarding, we'll follow up via email and provide you login credentials.
If you've sign up and haven't received an email with credentials, please click the blue Chat icon on this page, or email support@carstory.ai. 

CarStory Appraise is available on Apple and Android App Stores for free download:

Login using your email address and the password provided by CarStory Support in your welcome email.
