Username Accounts
In an effort to improve data security at CarStory, we will be implementing a new system of user profiles for Track and Appraise.
In the past, you may have logged into CarStory using a username and password. Starting today, you can login to CarStory dealer products using your email address, instead of a username. Your temporary password is the same as your username's password.
Reset Your Password
If you are unable to login due to incorrect password, visit dealer.carstory.ai
Click “Forgot Your Password?”
Enter your email address and click submit.
You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.

Invite New Users
Instead of sharing a CarStory username with colleagues or coworkers, you can now invite them to CarStory Track using this form.
